Poking My Eyes Out From Boredom!!!
I.Am.So.Bored! This has been the suckiest summer ever! It's been cold and rainy for the last 3 months. There has been absolutely nothing going on. The craptastic weather and the lack of entertainment is putting me into a funk. And to top it all off, it's going to get even colder soon. With the added attraction of snow (*gasp*).
I usually look forward to fall because it's my favorite season, but this year (except for a few days here and there) we haven't had anything but fall weather since last winter. A girl can't live on 2 seasons alone, dammit! What the hell happened to the days when I could put on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt in the morning and wear it until I went to bed that night? I swear it seems like I have changed outfits more this "summer" than I have the whole rest of the past year combined. Today I changed 3 times before changing into my pj's because of the "now it's hot, now it's cold" phenomenon. It seems that I remember dressing in "summer" outfits and leaving the house in the morning without having to worry about bringing a "winter" outfit for later in the evening. I resent having to wear a jacket in June, July or August.
As you may be able to tell by now, I am definitely not a cold weather kind of gal. In fact, I'm down-right reptilian when it comes to body temperature. Too hot and I get lazy, too cold and I curl up in a little ball and wait for death.
I have a feeling it's going to be a looooong winter.
