Can we say Jealous?!
Apparently my too-cool-for-school parents went to the Alice Cooper show the other night (*ahem* WITHOUT ME). Yes, my parents are in the 45-50 year old region, but they look way younger and obviously act younger too. They're cool ...you know, for parents. Well anyway, my mom said it was a freakin awesome show (not in those exact words, but that was the idea). She was talking about all this cool stuff that they did in the show like, the theatrics or whatever you want to call it and I have a feeling that, judging from the way she described it, Alice Cooper would put Rob Zombie (and/or White Zombie) to shame. If you've ever seen any kind of Zombie show then you should know that they're really good. I'm talking REALLY good. And if you don't think it was good, then I think you stink. ;) But anyway, Alice Cooper was my mom's first concert back in the day and I think it is so cool that my parents still do that kind of stuff. Though it's kind of hard for me to imagine the 'rents at some concert at which there are people my age that are getting all plastered and ...doing other concert-like stuff. Like showing their boobies. It's just weird for me. Anyway, my dad bought a cd by the opening act, which was heavy metal (by my mom's standards anyway, so who knows) and is going to hook me up with a copy. YAY! I hope they rock.... whoever they are!
