Yeah, thanks mom Oh, it feels good to be back on the internet. I haven't been on since around 1:00pm Friday afternoon. We didn't pay our bill so our stupid internet/cable provider came out and shut it off. The big douchebags. Anyway, Joe called them and paid the bill and asked them when our stuff would be reconnected. Inconveniently enough, the soonest they could come out would be Monday. We were supposed to be totally disconnected from cable, but the guy did something wrong and we still had basic cable, just no movie channels. Well when we decided that we wanted to get all the movie channels, they were turned on immediately and they guy came out and did something at the pole the next day, but all of a sudden they were telling Joe that they couldn't do that. Then the dumb broad said, "Well, look at it this way, you weren't supposed to have cable for the weekend, but you do, and you're not being charged, so you have free basic cable this weekend." Um... Excuse me? Not supposed to have it for the weekend? Yeah, ok. Lets think back to when we were still living with mom and dad and were trying to sneak in after curfew... and got caught. What happened? Grounded for the weekend. Right. I find it REALLY ironic (or something like it) that the company whose motto is "Take Off The Training Wheels" (with other cable and internet providers) is treating it's customers like children. F*ckers.
