Seeing as how I haven't posted in forever, one would think I would have a ton of stuff to talk about. But no... I don't. It has been very, very boring around here. I didn't even go see fireworks on the 4th. Instead we rearranged our livingroom and my daughter's bedroom. Actually, I'm glad we did that because both rooms look 100% better. We took some furniture from the livingroom into the basement and (obviously) moved everything around and it looks bigger and somehow cleaner. Although there was a little problem when it came to moving the TV. Since we have cable, we had to drill a hole up from the basement so we could move it. Well, when he was drilling, it somehow caught the carpet and pulled out about 3 feet of carpet in a a neat little row a couple inches wide. So, now we are going to have to take a piece out of the closet or something and splice it in to the big (highly visible) torn up spot. That's going to be a ton of work. We'll have to pull the whole carpet back about 3 feet so we can work from underneath... which means moving the big ass entertainment center and the 30 gallon fish tank. Ugh!

In the kiddo's room we took out her headboard which freed up ALOT of space right there, put all of her toys in her closet (which is thankfully HUGE), put all of her stuffed animals in a hammock we got at Marcs for $1.99 (how crazy is that?!) and put one of the end tables from the livingroom in there so she has a nice little space to color and write. Her room also looks bigger, even with the table. She's happy, we're happy. It all works out.

Also, something weird... yesterday and today, I woke up with a wet shoulder. I thought maybe I just drooled...um, ALOT, but that would definitely not explain why only the back of my shoulder was wet. And I'm not just talking wet, I'm talking TOTALLY soaked. And this wetspot on the bed is WAY bigger than any normal person can drool. Not to mention that it's in the same exact spot as it was yesterday... and that it was all the way through 2 blankets. So I'm thinking that the waterbed mattress has a tiny tiny tiny hole because there is just no other explanation. And of course we finally got rid of the old mattress that was just hanging out in the basement for 5 or 6 months, like a few weeks ago. That sucks!

Well, that's about it. :)
