help! Ok, SOMEONE must know what the hell I'm talking about... I just started knitting about a week ago and I'm trying to make something using a Wheatear stitch (which is a cable stitch). I really like it, it looks like braids. But I'm a little confused. I tried it out, but neglected to actually follow the pattern exactly (it still looks good enough that I could get away with it but I'm a perfectionist). So anyway, the pattern is: Row 1: K3,(P8, K3) across Row 2 (right side): P1, K1, P1, (C4B, C4F, P1, K1, P1) across Row 3: K3 (P8, K3) across Row 4: P1, K1, P1, (K8, P1, K1, P1) across. Repeat Rows 1-4 for pattern. My question is about Row 2. It says right side. Is that for Row 2 only then switch back to wrong side or am I supposed to do Rows 2, 3 and 4 on right side and just Row 1 on wrong side? If you can help, you would so be my new best friend! *By the way, if you want to use the pattern it's in multiples of 11 sts + 3 and you'll need a cable needle.
