lather, rinse and repeat... wait, forget the lather
I was looking on the net for something to do with my hair, a new hair style, ways to make it look better, whatever, and came across a site that said something about not using shampoo to wash your hair. I guess you are just supposed to use conditioner and, like massage your scalp to get it clean. It's supposed to make it more manageable or softer or something. Anyway, when I talked to my mom today I told her about it. She said that Rod Stewart was on some talk show one time and said that he had never used shampoo. Ever. In his whole life. He just used water to wash his hair. I kinda wonder how gross that was... I mean, didn't he have one of those spikey mullets at one point? Yikes.
